Shandong Jinweili Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010 in Zhucheng, Shandong that is known as the “home of dinosaur” and the “native place of Emperor Shun. The location of our company enjoys attractive environment and easy access to transportation. For example, it is only over 60 kilometers’ distance between our company and Qiangang Port of Qingdao.   

 

Our company has a registered capital of RMB 60 million. Planning to invest 600 million Yuan in three years, now we have invested 160 million Yuan.

Our workshop covers 60,000 square meters out of a total plant area of 180,000 mu. Now we have a total workforce of 410, including 45 technical staff and technologists, 5 senior engineers and 150 installation and after-sales staff. Presently we have introduced 6 CNC gantry machining centers, 5 vertical machining centers, one large CNC floor type boring and milling machine, 4 horizontal boring and milling centers, 4 large CNC vertical lathes, 3 large CNC sleeper, and 30 sets of small auxiliary processing equipment. All these have laid a solid foundation for the lean processing of our products.  

Our business focuses on petroleum equipment manufacturing. We have introduced patented technology for lean production, namely non-beam pumping unit with switch reluctance machine. This unit features reasonable structure, powerful control system, energy saving, and high efficiency and proves to have great market potential. The product comes in complete series (Type 6 to Type 26 that come under nine categories) which basically cover the needs of oilfields.

 

The Type 26 large pumping unit is the first of its kind in China and can be applied to thickened oil and oil pumping from extradeep wells. So far our company is capable of turning out 3,000 pumping units in various types every year.
